J BIMBI® nipples are orthodontic and extra soft, guaranteeing physiological, gentle suction action that is very similar to feeding.
How can J BIMBI® feeding bottles support such a soft nipple? Thanks to the patented low vacuum valve: the vacuum inside a J BIMBI® bottle is so much lower than that of other bottles, that the nipple can be ultra-soft without any risk of collapse. This is why our nipples and feeding bottles are also perfect in cases of mixed feeding; they will not interfere with feeding and are generally accepted by pre-term babies: suction is effortless, natural, and just like the breast. Less effort required for suction means less risk of ear infection!
Nipples are available for different levels, with holes of different sizes, and shapes to regulate flow in line with baby’s growth and the density of the liquid.

The LOW VACUUM, ZERO BUBBLE bottle
features a softer nipple, thanks to the special patented low vacuum valve that naturally compensates for the vacuum of air inside the bottle, actively working to prevent earaches and otitis.
In fact, a feeding bottle with a low vacuum inside can support a softer-than-average nipple because less force is needed for sucking.
The result? The J BIMBI® nipple is very soft and the baby does not have to exert effort to suck the milk, which is as natural and physiological as mom’s breast.
For this reason, the nipple (and the J BIMBI® feeding bottle) features a preventive action against otitis (often linked to sucking efforts, both from the bottle and from the pacifier or cups) and is generally well-tolerated even by premature babies, who can feed correctly and without effort.
